Roof shell: robust construction for off-road adventures

The glass fibre plastic shell of the roof is manufactured using the modern injection process. The material is particularly robust and durable. The material defies all weather conditions and other stresses and strains that occur when traveling. The roof shell also cuts a fine figure off-road: fiberglass plastic easily withstands vibrations and the effects of forces caused by potholes and twisting of the bodywork. The material is therefore also used for agricultural vehicles and construction machinery.

The smooth surface is ideal for attaching flexible solar modules without significantly increasing the overall height of the vehicle. The foam core inside the roof shell has an insulating effect so that it remains comfortable even on cooler nights. The soft crumpled velour on the inside of the roof also provides the right ambience in the sleeping area.

Fabric bellows: for fresh air and peaceful sleep

The fabric bellows is made of breathable cotton fabric and has two side and one front window. The left and front windows provide fresh air without mosquitoes disturbing your sleep. They are reliably kept out by the integrated fly screens. If you want to be closer to nature, you can also open the front window completely. The right-hand window is fitted with a transparent, waterproof plastic film.

Lying surface: comfortable and with plenty of space

The mattress of the lying surface is made of high-quality foam and rests on a plate spring mat. The mattress padding is thicker compared to other SCA roof types and ensures a very comfortable sleeping position. The extra-high positioning scissors make it possible to sleep with the head both in and against the direction of travel.

Locking system: secure with Southco

The roof is equipped with a modern Southco locking system. With these practical twist locks, an integrated safety strap ensures optimum and secure locking of the roof. When the roof shell is closed, a practical retraction mechanism automatically pulls the fabric bellows inwards. In addition to a manual installation, an electric installation is also available at an extra charge. The electric version can be conveniently opened and closed at the touch of a button.
